We are looking for a Senior Product Manager on a 12 month fixed term basis to help us to expand the depth and breadth of our product portfolio. The successful candidate will work within the Product team to ensure the portfolio of products deliver against clearly defined objectives and key results aligned to the Evri vision.

You will be accountable for:
Product Value Stream Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership and product teams to define product vision and strategy.
- Accountable for ensuring product OKRs (L1) are met and contribute to the wider product strategy and company level OKRs (L0).
- Maintain a holistic view of the product portfolio within a given value stream ensuring these combine towards a common product strategy.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders in Design and Technology to determine principles and ensure products align and adhere to these promoting consistency and re-use.
- Responsible for aggregating individual product metrics and OKRs (L2) to represent value stream progress against goals and strategic vision.
- Support product teams with launch strategy, marketing, budgeting and resource allocation where necessary.
- SME and primary business contact for knowledge of value stream area including industry, market, competitors, customers and trends.
- Utilise deep knowledge of product and market to assist with problem definition and ideation sessions.
Product Team Management
- Assist with recruitment of Product Managers within value stream
- Responsible for training, upskilling and overseeing development plan of Product Managers.
- Provide support through deep expertise and understanding of product ecosystem, industry, competitors, customers and trends.
- Focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency within product teams.
- Support empowerment of Product Managers and product-aligned squads to own product decisions and accountability for outcomes.
- Support Product Managers when liaising with senior stakeholders across the business.
Product Management
- Responsible for more complex and high value products across the product lifecycle.
- Accountable for collaborating with product teams to define and deliver against product team OKRs (L2) and ensure these contribute to the wider product strategy and higher level OKRs (L1, L0).
- Responsible for prioritisation of product roadmap and backlog, ensuring priority items are linked to delivering outcomes.
- Responsible for facilitating continuous discovery and continuous delivery throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring new ideas are constantly challenged, tested and validated through a combination of regular user testing and analytics.
- Manage reporting and expectations across the business to ensure everyone is aligned with product direction and progress.
- Responsible for managing budget, risk assessment, marketing, product launch, business change and maintenance throughout product lifecycle.
To be successful in this role you will require the following…
- 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager managing multiple products
- 2+ years’ in a senior role directly managing one or more teams
- Experience working in a product-centric organisation
- Proven skills of balancing technical knowledge with business acumen
- Proactive in understanding key trends in industry, users and competitors
- IT proficient to understand new product trends and technologies
- Excellent understanding of software development processes; Agile/DevOps
- Experience in driving product through its lifecycle including: Go-to-Market, in-life and EOL management.
- Extensive experience creating product strategy, defining objectives and managing finances (budgets, cost and ROI)
- Effective stakeholder communication, collaboration and influencing skills
- Experience using Product Management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Craft.io, Airfocus, ProdPad, Roadmunk, Jira/Confluence, etc.)
