Manager of Revenue Integrity

100-115k. Direct Hire

Carlsbad, CA. Remote.

 

 

Talentry is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Integrity Manager. This role is crucial for overseeing the accuracy and completeness of our financial records, ensuring proper accounting, and reflecting transactional level details in our monthly financial results.

 

The Revenue Integrity Manager will collaborate across departments to implement best practices, optimize revenue cycle processes, and guarantee compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Lead revenue recognition processes for month-end closure.

Responsibilities include analyzing transactional data, identifying trends and discrepancies, leading revenue recognition processes, and presenting detailed reports to management.



Requirements

BA in Finance, Accountancy, or similar degree and experience.

3-5+ years in FP&A, and advanced knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.

Strong Excel skills

Effective communication, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented approach are also vital.
