Duration: 4 months (January 2025 – April 2025), 8 months (January 2025 - August 2025

Location: Virtual

  • Full-time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for someone to join the Dayforce Global Advisory team. As a key member of our team, your job will be to support and collaborate with the Global Advisory Program & Innovations Manager across project management, resource planning, reporting and operations, process improvement, and change management.

What You Will Get To Do

  • Support various day-to-day activities and tasks, including regular reporting, communications, and CRM maintenance;
  • Assist in managing and supervising aspects of assigned projects;
  • Analyze data and present in a format that aids decision making;
  • Report on and prepare presentation materials for assigned projects;
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of meetings, events, and workshops;
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Advisory and the wider Dayforce ecosystem;
  • Document and develop standards, processes, and guidelines to improve efficiency;
  • Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of SaaS sales processes;
  • Improve current knowledge management setup;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • Working towards the completion of a university degree in business, project management, or equivalent experience.
  • You’re a self-starter with a passion for learning who is not afraid to ask questions;
  • Able to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment to achieve goals;
  • Able to meet deadlines and effectively complete operational and project based assignments;
  • Able to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities;

  • Strong Excel skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions.

Nice To Have

  • Experience or understanding of project planning concepts and tools;
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products;
  • Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, Consensus, Vivun, Highspot, or willingness to learn;
  • Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and dashboard building;
  • Experience with automating routine tasks;
  • Open to travel within Canada and US.
