About The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to create and maintain client specific custom Dayforce’s features.
The Software Developer is responsible for designing and implementing new features as well as enhancing existing solutions. S/He will collaborate with an experienced team of Developers, Test Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the development process to ensure the feature is functionally complete and well-engineered.

- Work with the product development team to build robust, reliable, and scalable solutions.
- Develop a great product experience through an exposure to different functional areas.
- Help mentor and encourage the use of proper design patterns and best practices through regular code reviews.
- Brainstorms and creates working proof-of-concepts.
- Adhere to best coding practices and new technologies to ensure solution scalability, maintainability, and quality.
- Take ownership and responsibility for development initiatives and make them happen.
Skills And Experience We Value
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented principles (SOLID) and experience applying them in practice using C#.
- Exposure to JavaScript stack such as React, Typescript, jQuery, etc.
- Experience with .NET framework.
- Knowledge of modern relational databases architecture and SQL.
- Experience with designing and implementing APIs.
- Experience in applying design patterns, writing unit tests, and optimizing performance in application level.
- Disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently
