Duration: 12 months (January 2025 – December 2025)

Location: Virtual

  • Full time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly required to be eligible for this opportunity.

Summary Of Opportunity

The Product Manager must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; have a big picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. Product Managers will serve as the owners of their assigned products and will drive strategy, vision, and execution to ensure the product is successful throughout the entire lifecycle. They will serve as the internal and external evangelist for products and work across the business to drive execution to meet product and organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders and customers (product advisory board) to identify business problems and product opportunities (represent the voice of the customer)
  • Stays up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Develop solutions (what) to problems and provides justification (why) for why we should invest money and resources
  • Provides input on decisions with respect to product feature prioritization, requirements, and feature scope
  • Communicates value of new features to stakeholders and customers
  • Collaborates with other Product Managers to accomplish objectives
  • Work with engineering and UX resources to:
    • identify key feature goals, user personas and scenarios
    • remove roadblocks
    • set priorities
    • provide feedback and insight on UX and functional designs
    • deliver feature commitments on time and on budget
    • Participates in the launch of new products or major feature
    • Identify cross-domain dependencies
