About The Opportunity

As the Revenue-Focused Sales Leader for Germany, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our presence in this emerging market. You will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and drive aggressive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Market Entry Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive market entry strategy for Germany, including identifying target customer segments, sales channels, and competitive landscape.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to localize the company’s offerings for the new market.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Set aggressive revenue targets and develop sales strategies to achieve them.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to accelerate growth.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Team Building and Leadership
    • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team tailored to the local market.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
    • Foster a results-driven culture with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the market.
  • Brand and Market Positioning
    • Enhance the company’s brand presence in the new market through strategic marketing initiatives.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility.
Skills And Experience We Value

  • 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably with experience in launching and scaling operations in a new market or country.
  • Selling SaaS, Cloud, and complex integrated business process solutions. Finance and HR transformations.
  • Deep understanding of the German market, including key players, trends, and competitive landscape in Germany.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets; experience in managing a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level sales processes, including account planning, solution selling, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a team; experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at executive levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
