Minimum of 3.5 years of Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using reservation systems and software.

Core responsibilities:

Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and reservations via phone, email, and chat. Reservation Management: Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our booking system. Update and maintain reservation records. Communication: Communicate reservation details, policies, and procedures clearly to clients. Confirm reservations and send confirmation emails. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to reservations promptly and professionally. Sales Support: Promote and upsell additional services and products to enhance the clients experience. Payment Processing: Handle payment processing and ensure that transactions are completed accurately. Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on reservation activities, occupancy rates, and other relevant metrics
