Job Summary:

As a Cuemath Admissions Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in our growth, driving sales through engaging with prospective parents, understanding their needs, finding the right tutor and convincingly presenting our unique value proposition. We are looking for individuals who are not just looking for a job but are passionate about making a significant impact on the educational journey of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential customers through calling to assess children’s math learning needs and find the right solution using the Cuemath bouquet of offerings.
  2. Understand and address the concerns and needs of parents considering Cuemath for their children.
  3. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to highlight how Cuemath stands out from competitors.
  4. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.
  6. Use data interpretation skills to analyze sales patterns and strategies for improvement.
  7. Show creativity and authenticity in handling objections and concerns from potential clients.
  8. Learn new skills to solve problems using smart solutions
  9. Plan and forecast sales goals

Requirements:

  1. Three or more years of experience in sales preferably B2C (if you are fresher and is passionate about bagging the role then let your video cover letter showcase it)
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or another field
  3. Fluent in English with impeccable communication skills.
  4. A proven track record of stellar target achievements and consistent performance in sales roles.
  5. Demonstrates a high bar for performance with the ability to understand customer needs and sales defects sharply.
  6. Proficiency with technology including basic computer operations
  7. Ability to meet goals, stay organized and maintain a positive attitude
