This position is a 6-Month Fixed Term Contract - possibility of extension to permanent depending on business needs.
Core Responsibilities:
Assisting clients from first point of contact to arranging the dates for Audits, Inspections, Training or Consulting. Consisting of but not limited to:
Processing new business forms
Responding to queries relating to the services AIB can provide in a timely manner and within 2 working days from initial contact
Offering dates to suit the requirement of the facility and the availability of resources.
Keeping a line of communication with clients to ensure that scheduling and facility information is up-to-date.
Including key contact names and addresses
Exclusion dates for inspections and other scheduling requirements
Methods of communication include, but not limited to, email, chat, video, and telephone.
Maintain scheduling information on Client Portals or Shared Folders
Maintaining scheduling files on AIB International’s internally standardized databases
Work alongside Resource Managers to review calendars on a regular basis
Ensuring inspections are scheduled, in line with customer or scheme deadline requirements
Assisting other departments on scheduling queries.
