Client Liaison- EMEA

This position is a 6-Month Fixed Term Contract - possibility of extension to permanent depending on business needs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients from first point of contact to arranging the dates for Audits, Inspections, Training or Consulting. Consisting of but not limited to:
• Processing new business forms
• Responding to queries relating to the services AIB can provide in a timely manner and within 2 working days from initial contact
• Offering dates to suit the requirement of the facility and the availability of resources.
• Keeping a line of communication with clients to ensure that scheduling and facility information is up-to-date.
• Including key contact names and addresses
• Exclusion dates for inspections and other scheduling requirements
• Methods of communication include, but not limited to, email, chat, video, and telephone.
• Maintain scheduling information on Client Portals or Shared Folders
• Maintaining scheduling files on AIB International’s internally standardized databases
• Work alongside Resource Managers to review calendars on a regular basis
• Ensuring inspections are scheduled, in line with customer or scheme deadline requirements
• Assisting other departments on scheduling queries.
