Labour Market Analyst

Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential extension based on project renewal)

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Doha, Qatar)

Experience Required: 15 years of experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a Labour Market Analyst with substantial experience to support a key project. The candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive studies and analysis on labor market trends, policies, and concepts. Prior experience working with government ministries, particularly in the Gulf region, is highly desirable. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Doha required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth labor market studies and analysis on industry trends, employment rates, and labor regulations.
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to inform policy decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with ministries and governmental bodies to support ongoing labor market projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.

Requirements:

• ~15 years of experience in labor market analysis or related fields.
• Proven ability to conduct studies and generate reports on labor market concepts.
• Experience working with government ministries in the Gulf region is a plus.
• Flexibility to work remotely, with the ability to travel to Doha as needed.
