Currently, we are looking for a talented Oracle SCM Cloud - Manufacturing Solution Architect, to join our team. This is a full-time and remote position that can sit anywhere in the United States or Canada, with the expectation of international travel as needed to customer sites for critical events and milestones.
What You'll do:
- Acts as a senior architect for medium to large projects or a program of projects and may participate in an oversight or design capacity
- Assumes a leadership position within the architect community and effectively utilizes the AST collaboration infrastructure to improve solution quality and project team effectiveness
- Lead Inventory, Costing, Demand & Supply Planning and Manufacturing functional tracks on AST's ERP Cloud engagements
- Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements and present industry best practices
- Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and ability to recommend solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise in Inventory, Costing, Oracle Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning in Cloud Applications.
- Able to design and set-up the system to meet desired business process and requirements
- Works collaboratively with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions.
- Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer
- Engage in presales, innovations and practice development activities

What You'll Bring:
- 8-10+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience in EBS and Oracle Cloud operating at an Architect level
- Experience providing Inventory, Costing, Support, Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing execution processes managed within ERP and advanced planning systems
- Hands-on experience in implementing end-to-end core Supply Chain Solutions pertaining to (order management, procurement, shipping, and sound knowledge of WMS, Manufacturing, Logistics and Production Scheduling.
- Expert understanding of Production Planning and Scheduling: Planned Orders, Expedite Orders, Work Orders, Work Centers, Capacity Constraints
- Deep working knowledge of Inventory, Costing, Supply Planning Exceptions and Exceptions Handling
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results to identify potential supply chain risks and opportunities
- Review and convert MRP (Oracle Supply Planning) suggested requirements into purchase requisitions and manufacturing work orders
- Monitor key supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels, order fill rates, lead times, and supplier performance, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work with Supply Chain to develop and implement inventory and planning strategies to support both MRP and non-MRP activities (i.e. reorder point planning, safety stock demand planning etc.).
- Completed multiple Oracle Cloud implementations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
- Capability to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, interpersonal skills, organized and detailed oriented
- Cloud Certifications in one or more Oracle SCM Applications
- Ability to adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
