Why are we hiring a Finance System Administrator? We’re on the hunt for a Finance System Administrator as part of our company’s growth.

The individual takes ownership of the maintenance, support and administration of the group finance system (NetSuite) and all supporting processes that feed information into and out of the NetSuite. This individual has close working relationships with owners of other groups systems, including but not limited to; OpenAir, Salesforce and Adaptive Insights.

What are you responsible for?

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, technical requirements, translate into operational solutions and manage development efforts where required ensuring adherence to audit requirements at all times.
  • Participate in every aspect of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing and deployment.
  • Monitor & administer user accounts.
  • Provide support to users.
  • Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Develop customized fields, forms, scripts, workflows, and custom records.
  • Assist in the development and architecture of integrations between NetSuite and other systems/applications.
  • Take an active lead in the integration of corporate acquisitions into the finance systems.
  • Manage the relationship with the NetSuite ACS team.
  • Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently


To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

  • Financial qualification (min. AAT level 2)
  • 2-3 years of experience as a NetSuite administrator
  • NetSuite certification
  • Experienced in integration corporate acquisitions into finance system
  • Computer literate
  • Effective organisation skills
  • Knowledge of our Quality Management System and its application to tasks associated with this role
