Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. This role will be pivotal in demonstrating the capabilities of our premier ERP solutions—RentalMan ERP and Rental Result ERP—to prospective clients. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting engaging and informative product demos, addressing customer queries, and providing technical insights to help drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• :Product Demonstrations
• :Conduct live and virtual product demos of RentalMan ERP and Rental Result ERP to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and use cases
• .Customize demo scenarios to align with specific customer needs and industry challenges
• .Technical Expertise
• :Demonstrate a deep understanding of RentalMan ERP and Rental Result ERP functionalities, integrations, and value propositions
• .Stay updated on product updates, new features, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information during demos
• .Customer Engagement
• :Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor demo presentations accordingly
• .Address technical questions and concerns raised by potential customers during and after demos
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through excellent communication and follow-up
• .Collaboration
• :Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback from demos that can influence future product enhancements
• .Partner with the marketing team to create demo materials, case studies, and other sales collateral
• .Sales Support
• :Assist the sales team in qualifying leads and understanding customer requirements
• .Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering RFPs and RFIs

Qualification

• s:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related fiel
• d.3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or related rol
• e.5+ years of experience using either RentalMan ERP or Rental Result ER
• P.Proven experience with ERP solutions, preferably within the construction equipment rental industr
• y.Excellent presentation and communication skill
• s.Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex software solution
• s.Ability to travel as needed to conduct in-person demos and attend industry event
