As a
Clinical Business Analyst, you will specialize in the development of Prior Authorization Rules based on clinical documentation. You will be responsible for analyzing, coding, and testing rules for our external clients. You will leverage your strong project management skills and attention to detail to provide quality work for our clients. You will be a fully participating team member who consistently collaborates with the clinical and account management teams. Your expertise will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
As the Clinical Business Analyst, you will be:
- Conducting outcomes assessments and preparing reports for clients summarizing the outcomes.
- Performing ad hoc analyses in support of internal and external client requests.
- Assisting in the development of new initiatives.
- Conducting rules analysis, coding, and testing for clients.
- Testing new and existing software.
Qualifications:
- Have bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or health administration, economics, statistics or other related discipline or comparable industry experience.
- Display problem solving ability for data analysis and software testing.
- Have proficiency with SPSS, FoxPro, SQL, Excel, Word, and other computer applications.
- Possess strong project management skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate with clinical and account management teams.
- Be able to interact professionally with staff, clients, and provider community.
- Understand how to manage time effectively.
- Able to function autonomously, rarely needing assistance with routine assignments.
- Have experience in the health care/pharmaceutical industry (preferred).

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The approximate compensation for this position is $60-70k.
