Job description

Job Description

  • Work from home bilingual Spanish/English speaking customer support specialist.
  • Will take 90-100 calls per day each lasting 3-5 minutes in length.
  • Calls will be inbound calls from patients who are looking for an update on the medical records release. Have the records been released/sent, what day or timeline will they be sent.
  • Third parties may call in requesting updates on medical records that they have requested for specific patients as well.
  • Candidates must be bilingual speaking Spanish/English. Must have prior healthcare experience working within the healthcare field and or working with medical records.
  • Medical terminology is a big plus. Experience with Epic EMR system is ideal but not required.
