Position Overview: 
As the Technical Project Manager, you will collaborate with the Technical Lead to guide an Agile team in migrating legacy applications to a modern cloud-based architecture using MongoDB. Your role includes liaising with customers and stakeholders, managing concerns, and driving the team towards success. You’ll also foster a culture of innovation and collaboration to tackle unforeseen challenges..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to scope and budget.
  • Navigate complex organizations of large enterprises to build consensus and execute programs despite ambiguous risks and challenges.
  • Maintain project governance with internal and customer stakeholders, managing day-to-day planning, execution, scope, expectations, risks, timelines, and quality results.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delbridge's engagement and project delivery methodologies.
  • Lead project meetings, owning the agenda and outcomes.
  • Manage scope, change controls, customer expectations, and timelines.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • University degree or relevant work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience with enterprise-scale software solutions or consulting services delivery.
  • Agile mindset with an understanding of SCRUM/Kanban processes
  • Adopt a proactive, consultative and prescriptive approach that inspires trust and confidence
  • Operate in a small, dynamic, fast-growing team, able to be self-sufficient with an ability to have a can-do attitude and make oneself accountable
  • Be intrigued by the possibilities of GenAI to assist in accelerating the delivery of projects
