An innovative agency dedicated to delivering exceptional results for its clients is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join its growing team. In this role, the Data Entry Analyst will be responsible for inputting and managing data across various platforms and systems. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while supporting the team in achieving operational goals. What You'll Do
  • Input, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets. 
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies. 
  • Assist in data retrieval and report generation. 
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data security. 
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes. 
  • Adhere to data protection regulations and company policies.

  • What You Need
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Plus if you have social media managing and personal assistant experience, not required.

  • This is a full-time, long-term position. 
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
  • Work from home.
  • Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, and Sunday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM in Central Time (US)
