The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Opportunity:

As a Digital Content Expert, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives, you work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to further develop their digital performance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.

A Digital Content Expert is a technically-qualified person (expert) that strives to achieve business goals through web presence and digital platforms by supporting stakeholders in global projects. Digital refers to a multi-faceted environment consisting of websites, web-application, CRM and editorial tools and social media platforms.

The Digital Content Expert is responsible for consulting and partnering with global communications stakeholders executing on the global digital strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the global Roche web presence and for consulting on how to further develop their digital performance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.

The Digital Content Expert acts as an internal consultant tasked with orchestrating end-to-end support for an assigned business area from strategy through to measurement.

The Digital Content Expert is expert in all aspects of digital project management, content management and publishing across different web platforms and is able to build out reporting metrics that supports the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives.

In this position you will be focusing on:

  • Being responsible for global/regional/local management of dedicated websites and leading high impact global digital projects for digital tool implementation and development.

  • Developing the overall website strategy to maximize the brand presentation, consumer experience and support the global digital strategy of supported global communications stakeholders.

  • Acting as a main point of contact for global stakeholders as well as for affiliates in global digital governance by reinforcing the legal compliance of digital channels.

  • Being responsible for publishing and managing content for global Roche websites and overseeing editing of all content before website publication including quarterly financial results and updating HTML, CSS on websites.

  • Consulting with key stakeholders on new web and digital related initiatives on a global level, guiding and training them.

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of experience working with IT & Content Management systems, platforms, website management, system implementation and experience working in digital operations for an agency or large size companies.

  • You gained 3+ years of experience in large organisations, preferably healthcare industry or tech and you have basic understanding of coding (HTML, CSS, JS).

  • You have strong knowledge of marketing and/or digital strategy, techniques, effectiveness, tools and functional competencies relevant to the role with fluent English speaking skills.

  • You have proficiency in consulting, managing agencies, developing effective strategies and action plans with good stakeholder management skills.

  • You are able to work in a fast-paced global environment, you are flexible and passionate about technologies and web.
