Job description

As an Executive Talent Partner reporting directly to the VP of Executive Talent Solutions, you hold a key role in driving our company's success by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier executive talent. Your position within the Executive Talent Solutions team requires close collaboration with senior leadership to discern and address our organization's strategic talent needs effectively. Your primary objective is to recruit leaders who can boldly set strategy and assemble exceptional teams across our portfolio of operating companies. This involves executing innovative talent acquisition strategies that fuse external recruitment with internal talent development initiatives, all while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and promoting diversity in our candidate pool.

Responsibilities

  • Execute innovative talent attraction strategies tailored to attract executive-level candidates, emphasizing both external recruitment and internal talent development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders throughout the recruitment process, managing the entire lifecycle of executive recruitment from strategic sourcing and candidate screening to conducting interviews and negotiating offers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Cultivate and manage an assigned functional talent pipeline, utilizing a variety of sourcing methodologies, tools, and systems to continuously deliver high-quality talent while meeting funnel health metrics.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and hiring managers, to understand their talent requirements and provide guidance aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Executive Talent Solutions to refine and optimize recruitment processes and strategies, leveraging data analytics to enhance search outcomes and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment and talent acquisition, applying this knowledge to inform and enhance our recruitment efforts.
  • Partner with Research Analysts and Coordinators to deliver on ETS commitments, acting as a coach and mentor to more junior members of the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience leading executive level recruiting initiatives and hiring priorities in collaboration with key business stakeholders and leaders.
  • Experience building and leveraging various sourcing methodologies, tools, and systems to identify and attract top talent.
  • Expertise in all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, networking, candidate assessment, compensation trends, and relationship management.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and drive results under ever-changing circumstances.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in ATS, CRM (Thrive preferred), and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong business judgement and critical thinking skills to drive talent strategies that deliver business results.
  • Willingness to travel 15% of the time.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 86,100.00 - 159,900.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
