International Voice Process Specialist is responsible for managing and executing voice-based communication with customer and client from various international region. This role requires proficiency in handling customer inquirie, providing support, and ensuring a high level of service across different language and cultural context. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and customer service, and will contribute to the organisation global customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a voice-based customer service or support role, preferably in an international setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle calls with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work in different time zones as required by international clients
Salary: Upto 3.5 lpa
Shift: Rotational Shift
Location: Bangalore
