About The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Courseware Marketing Team and take charge of developing, executing, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, build awareness, and increase engagement.

In this tactical role, the Digital Marketing Campaign Manager will collaborate closely with our Marketing Managers and other stakeholders to create and implement campaigns across multiple platforms and channels that resonate with our target audience throughout its customer journey.

Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, planning, and project management skills are crucial. This position collaborates closely with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Design, and Sales colleagues to execute digital campaigns for zyBooks’ courseware products.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that resonate with higher education professors.
  • Partner with Marketing Managers to develop campaign strategies and plans.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with branding guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to drive, test, learn, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers throughout the buyer journey.
  • Compile regular reports on campaign performance and results.
  • Continuously improve campaigns based on data-driven insights and feedback.
  • Own and manage the marketing campaigns calendar.
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
