Description

Morgan 6 is seeking a dynamic and motivated Proposal Coordinator Intern to assist our team with administrative and proposal support tasks. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in the proposal development process, perfect for students or recent graduates interested in learning more about government or corporate contracting.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records. 

Update calendars, checklists, and proposal templates.


Document Formatting and Editing:

Help format proposal documents to ensure consistency and professionalism.

Assist in proofreading proposal content for grammar, clarity, and alignment with RFP requirements.


Research and Data Entry:
Conduct basic research on competitors or industry trends for proposal content.

Assist in data entry tasks related to tracking proposal submissions, deadlines, and feedback.


Team Coordination Assistance:

Support scheduling meetings and tracking progress on proposals.

Provide status updates to the team and follow up on assigned tasks.


Compliance and Documentation:

Help gather and organize required forms and certifications for proposals.

Ensure all documentation is properly filed and easily accessible for future reference.

Education

High school diploma or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (English, Communications, Business, etc.).


Skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently with guidance.
