We are launching a new dynamic, project-base model, connecting the best marketing creators (not only influencers) to multiple projects across different clients. We are now looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team on a freelance/consulting basis.

Role Overview:
As a Freelance Social Media Manager, you will work in a on-demand setup. Your role will be to manage the social media accounts of our clients, delivering your expertise and services on a project-by-project basis. This is a highly independent role, where you’ll act as a consultant, providing tailored social media strategies and execution based on the needs of each customer. We will connect you with clients, and you’ll have the freedom to focus on delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts for multiple clients, focusing on growing engagement and visibility
  • Develop and implement social media strategies in line with each client's brand and goals
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (posts, images, videos)
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and social media best practices

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media across different brands or companies
  • Masters degree or similar in relevant fields.
  • Fluent in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian), plus English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple clients efficiently
  • Highly professional, self-driven, and able to work independently
