We're currently seeking experienced automotive Facilitators with Service/Fixed Operations expertise to join our network for future opportunities.

Job Description

The Facilitator will provide service/fixed operations consulting in-person and remotely.

Requirements

  • Automotive industry experience is mandatory with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in dealership consulting and training
  • Ability to confidently collaborate and engage with Dealership Management and Regional Field Managers 
  • Keen understanding of standard dealership fixed operations practices, processes and procedures, e.g. financial statement analysis, DMS, online scheduling tools, multi-point inspection, sales/marketing, etc.
  • Knowledge of key service personnel positions, functions and practices
  • Knowledge of key OEM personnel positions, functions and practices, e.g. region structure, dealer networks, corporate structure
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver training to small and mid-size audiences

What We Offer

The compensation range for these types of roles will be provided once a specific project is identified; the normal range of short-term consulting opportunities is $700 – $1,200/day, which ultimately depends on a number of factors.
