Manager Supplier Management & Delivery (Remote)

Full time, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Switzerland

In this role, you will be responsible for managing aspects of an assigned portfolio of regional and/or local suppliers, including but not limited to SLA delivery, supplier retention, basic contract negotiation, sale of products and services, financials, business planning, and conducting internal and supplier reviews. You will establish relationships with suppliers and colleagues globally and escalate supplier issues.

As a Manager Supplier Management & Delivery, you will

  • Build and maintain supplier and internal BCD relationships
  • Delivery of defined supplier SLA activities to maximize performance/earnings under new and existing preferred supplier programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive incremental revenue
  • Works closely with account managers, and operations in deploying vendor maximization strategy
  • Develops and represents BCD Value Proposition with suppliers
  • Create presentations, PowerPoint templates, Executive Summaries, and other required information as requested

About You

  • Experience in the travel industry and understanding of BCD Technology (GDS/OBT/Agent POS etc.)
  • Strong negotiation and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, knowledge of French is a plus
  • Operational or account management experience
  • Project Management experience is a plus
