SAP Ariba Consultant_Source to Contract (8+ Years)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant specializing in Source to Contract (S2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, focusing on implementing, configuring, and optimizing Source to Contract solutions. The role requires in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and the ability to drive end-to-end S2C projects in a dynamic business environment. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

 
1. SAP Ariba Source to Contract Implementation: 

• Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of SAP Ariba S2C modules, including Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Spend Analysis. 

• Design and configure Ariba solutions to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. 

• Manage project deliverables and timelines, ensuring successful end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba S2C solutions. 

2. Process Optimization and Best Practices: 

• Analyze current sourcing and procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains using SAP Ariba. 

• Implement industry best practices within the S2C process, driving continuous improvement and process optimization. 

• Provide recommendations on enhancing supplier collaboration, contract management, and compliance using SAP Ariba tools. 
   

3. Stakeholder Engagement and Training: 

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and finance teams, to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions. 

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the SAP Ariba platform effectively. 

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on how to leverage SAP Ariba functionalities to achieve business goals. 
   

4. Integration and Collaboration: 

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Ariba S2C solutions with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SRM) and non-SAP systems. 

• Ensure seamless data flow between SAP Ariba and other enterprise systems, enabling accurate reporting and analysis. 
   

5. Documentation and Compliance: 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process maps, and user manuals. 

• Ensure all sourcing and contracting activities within SAP Ariba are compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. 

• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, process improvements, and system performance to management. 
   

6. Support and Maintenance: 

• Provide ongoing support for SAP Ariba S2C solutions, resolving any issues and ensuring optimal system performance. 

• Monitor system usage and performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance functionality and user experience. 

• Stay updated on the latest SAP Ariba releases and enhancements, ensuring the organization benefits from new features and capabilities

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, specifically in Source to Contract (S2C) processes. 

• Proven track record of leading successful SAP Ariba S2C implementations and optimizations. 

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and sourcing strategies. 

• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Ariba modules to meet specific business needs. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and design effective solutions. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in leading workshops and training sessions. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
 

• SAP Ariba certification in Source to Contract. 

• Experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies. 

• Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards. 

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP Ariba.
