Roles And Responsibilities-

1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Overseeing the customer service process.
3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
4. Establishing a positive relationship with all clients and customers in person.
5. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.

Eligibility:

1. Undergraduate/graduates all are eligible.
2. Fresher/Experienced all can apply.
3. Must be comfortable with English
4. Candidate should only be from Delhi NCR.
5- Should have a power back up and WIFI at home.

SALARY- UPTO 2.30LPA
SHIFTS- Rotational Shifts/ Rotational Weekly off.
