Your missions


Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads. Interested candidates should be familiar with identifying and engaging potential clients in need of IT solutions, including software, hardware and managed services and must have the ability to communicate technical concepts clearlyThey should be excited about technology, customer service and have an interest in joining a fast-paced organization in technology and data science with significant growth opportunities.  


  • Company: MSPbots  
  • Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 8 AM–5 PM CDT (9 PM–6 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat–Sun) 
  • Work Duration: Long-term  
  • Work Location: Remote as of now but will be needing to work onsite by September (CANDIDATES FROM METRO MANILA WILL BE PRIORITIZED) 


 

 

 

 Responsibilities:  

  • Lead Conversion: Transform inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for Account Executives. 
  • Outbound Prospecting: Actively seek new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods. 
  • Effective Communication: Hold engaging and persuasive conversations with prospects via phone and email. 
  • Problem Analysis: Understand prospects’ business challenges and position our IT solutions as effective remedies. 
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in HubSpot CRM. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team and leadership to optimize strategies and drive growth. 

 

 

 

Requirements and Skills:  

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales and virtual customer facing role  
  • Mid-stage start-up experience a plus  
  • Strong and professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation 
  • Preferably with high volume cold calling experience  
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience  
  • Technology, data science, and / or IT MSP experience a plus; experience with industry-specific applications such as ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow, and Liongard is a bonus 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
  • High business and technical acumen  
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic-faced paced environment  
  • Coachable-a background in competitive sports is a plus  
  • Willing to work on site when needed in the future
