Founded in 2015 and investing out of our third fund, SureSwift Capital buys and holds B2B software companies. We partner with Founders of well-run software companies to provide them with cash exits and a home for their product, team, and customers.
Historically we’ve focused on buyouts with a focus on SaaS companies generating $1-5M in ARR. We are a small but mighty team working remotely around the world. We are looking to fill this position in the US or Canada.
About the role
SureSwift’s M&A team is looking to hire an Associate or Senior Associate (title based on experience) to work across all aspects of the investment lifecycle including sourcing and origination, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-investment portfolio company support.
Candidates should be fast learners with a unique blend of situational judgment, attention to detail, and strong client relationship management experience. We are looking for someone that brings exceptional networking abilities, financial analysis experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, hustle, and emotional intelligence.

This role has three main areas of focus:

We are looking for:
At least 2 years of full-time work experience, either at a tech-focused venture capital, growth or private equity firm, in management consulting, investment banking, at a startup, or a blend of prior work experiences
A track record of being a standout colleague, with a high sense of urgency balanced with strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and organizational skills
Your Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is expected to be between $100,000 - $120,000 USD or $130,000 - $155,000 CAD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. This role is also eligible for the company bonus program.

This is a remote role that we are looking to fill within the US or Canada. We have an office space and hybrid work available for candidates located in Victoria, BC, Canada.
