Training Specialist

You’ll work under the guidance of the team leadership and peers, alongside business partners and with our employee population. Training is consistently recognized as one of the top benefits at Connection and we take great pride in providing many different learning opportunities to our community.

As a Training Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our new hire and development programming; showcasing systems, software, company resources and business skills.  You’ll provide vILT, small group and one-on-one sessions. We’d love a candidate who is strong in Microsoft Office tools and can show others how to apply them to increase their productivity and achieve their business goals.

We calm the confusion of IT by guiding the connection between people and technology. If a customer is looking for a better way to manage their warehouse inventory, equip their workforce, or secure their data, we make it happen. All it takes is finding the right combination of tech hardware, software, cloud solutions, and support services. That’s what we do. We’re the IT Department’s IT Department.
