Senior IT Business Analyst position

What tasks might you encounter in the position?

• Analyzing and documenting complex business requirements and providing expert support for business processes.
• Participating in the development of business strategy and planning of IT solutions.
• Taking a leadership role in the business analysis team, mentoring and supporting junior analysts.
• Providing strategic advice and guidance to business and technical leadership in planning and executing IT projects.
• Participating in the design and development of IT system architecture.
• Designing and integrating complex systems, and ensuring efficient data exchange between different applications.
• Surveying, analyzing, modeling (UML), and documenting business requirements for application development.
• Performing and coordinating testing tasks throughout the application development lifecycle, including unit tests, user acceptance tests, sanity tests, and performance tests.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis or similar roles, preferably in a complex project management environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both business and technical audiences.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to business goals in the design of IT solutions.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• You have active proficiency in Hungarian and English.
