Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire software project lifecycle, from initiation to launch, maintenance, and support.
  • Ensure project alignment with clients on timelines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary teams to streamline project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, exceeding their expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and driving satisfaction.
  • Anticipate customer needs, identify upselling opportunities, and manage project risks.
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and present offerings while identifying potential risks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Expertise in product ownership and managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Highly organized with a structured approach, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both German and English.
