As the Uberall Global Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for both tailoring product launches to our resellers as well as developing and executing impactful marketing programs to drive demand and revenue through our resellers and strategic alliances / Technology Partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, product marketing, sales, partner account managers, and demand generation, to ensure the successful launch and implementation of the partner marketing initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the Partner Marketing Strategy for the resellers and Technology/Alliances partners - this will include developing a GTM adapted to each partner type, and execute on impactful activities to enable and drive revenue with our partners 
  • Work closely with Product and Product Marketing to deliver seamless product launches for our resellers, including understanding product value and translating it into compelling messaging that appeals to our partners.
  • Coordinate all marketing aspects of the partnership, including the quality of materials and correspondence received by the partners (emails newsletters, launch communication, enablement materials)
  • Build stakeholder relationships with assigned partners to identify marketing opportunities, build/enhance value propositions, and ensure adoption of the Uberall solutions 
  • Create and roll out engaging multi-channel partner marketing campaigns/initiatives that measurably contribute to the pipeline (i.e. events. Webinars, joint content creation, promotional bundles, etc…)
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to help identify potential partnership opportunities and threats.
  • Support the strategy and development of the Partner Advisory Board
  •  Improve and apply processes and best practices to ensure program success measure outcomes and share with key internal stakeholders. To scale

  • Your Profile :
  • Proven experience in campaign creation across all marketing segments, working with channel partners 
  • Ability to translate products into strong value propositions for the partner's channels and experience in product launches in an indirect model
  • High level of written and spoken English 
  • Resilient, tenacious and outcome-focused
  • Ability to respond quickly and calmly to matters and transmit confidence and professionalism to partners - across all levels of stakeholders
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Love for technology and marketing
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market opportunities, formulate partnership strategies, and drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Experience in saas, Industry knowledge will be a plus
