About The DOÂ

At The DO, we believe in creating impactful transformations which make the world a better place. Based in our Hong Kong office, you will work closely with the CEO of Asia, Program Lead and other DO team members, to support projects and any other parts of The DO if deemed necessary.

About the role

Areas you would supportâ¦

Community Space

Support and maintain the day-to-day operations of our community space
Assist with the execution of our programs and events
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and partners
Assist in developing and implementing our community space experience

Marketing

Interested in digital marketing
Get trained and support the Head of Marketing with social media and marketing initiatives

Program management

Assist with creating and refining slides (powerpoint/google slides), and program design
Analyze market trend
Provide administrative support for various initiatives
Responsible for sourcing program materials

You wouldÂ developâ¦

Your expertise, network and tools in topics, such as sustainability and employee engagement, smart city, etcâ¦

Your profile

To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be:

Works efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Confident in manner and ability, flexible and helpful in personality
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks and challenges
Innovation and problem-solving skills to creatively address challenges and improve program delivery
Tech savvy - interest in the latest technology and use tools

â¦ And will likely have:Â

Bachelor in any discipline
Minimum 1-2 years working experience
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (native)
Candidates available from mid-end of August onwards highly preferred
Knowledge in MS Office / Google Workspace
Interested in tech tools and eager to learn
