As a SPM Software Developer at ServiceNow you will lead in designing developing and implementing cutting edge software solutions Your work will be pivotal in our business delivering value to stakeholders faster than ever Attention to detail and quality commitment will be crucial for our products success

Using design documentation and functional programming specs you will implement identified components ensuring they are documented unit tested and integration ready You will architect solutions test code and build CI CD pipelines

Your contributions will significantly impact our success You will join a team passionate about innovation and excellence with the freedom to drive innovation and take ownership of your work Hone your problem solving collaboration and automation skills with us and together well make a difference in cloud based managed services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

 

  • Experience in the design and implementation of enterprise IT environments across all architecture layers
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in implementing and customizing the ServiceNow platform
  • Minimum 6 plus years of development experience working with the ServiceNow platform 
  • Handson experience in SPM modules Integrations Flow Designer Scripting
  • Handson experience on Virtual Agent AI Search Now Mobile app development is a plus
  • Handson experience in implementing various integration using REST SOAP Integration hub store apps and plugins
  • ServiceNow mainline certifications CSA CAD CISSPM ServiceNow CTA is a plus 
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform components like business rules client scripts UI policies UI actions Form designer Flow designer 
  • ACLs etc.
  • Create interactive and engaging software demonstrations that showcase the SPM platforms capabilities
  • AI skillset and Integrating ServiceNow with Genai based LLMs
