YOUR MISSION

Within our local Finance team, you’ll be working alongside talented and passionate people, creating value and owning finance processes. We hire for attitude and strongly believe that everything can be learned with enough motivation. As a Finance Operations Specialist, you’ll have full ownership of the billing function and will contribute to maximizing the company’s topline.

THE JOURNEY

  • Calculate and generate invoices related to company’s services - biweekly/monthly;
  • Resolve all billing and payment-related inquiries within established SLAs. Issue credit and debit notes to solve discrepancies when needed;
  • Ensure quality of billing data by monitoring and implementing control checks;
  • Understand the company’s revenue model and provide guidance and support to both internal and external parties;
  • Assist with reconciliations & support month-end-closing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes promoting solutions to possible problems detected, and reduce manual tasks;

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar; 
  • 2+ years of experience in billing and/or accounts receivable;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Advanced Excel and confident Google Sheets user,
  • SQL knowledge (as advantage);
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
