Compensation Range: $70,000 - 100,000 per year

We have a new direct-hire opportunity for a Marketing & New Business Development Manager with our client! The primary goal will be to bring in new accounts who will benefit from our specialized digital marketing services.

This is a 100% remote role with some travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Forge strategic partnerships and expand the client base.
  • Develop and apply data-driven marketing strategies that optimize digital presence and align with business objectives.
  • Focus on strategies that are measurable, trackable, and scalable.
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that significantly increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
  • Utilize tools like targeted pay-per-click ads, email marketing, blogs, and platform APIs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate on innovative approaches to reach and engage potential clients.
  • Proactively generate leads and conduct cold calling to introduce company services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, including C-level executives, to present services and secure new accounts.


Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in a high-end or specialized industry.
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business and managing client relationships.
  • strong background in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to forge strategic partnerships that drive growth.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that are data-driven and focused on digital channels.
  • Proficiency in email marketing, social media marketing, and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, including with C-level executives.
