Job Title: Model Risk Analyst (Psychometric Assessments)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Model Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Model Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing model risk related to psychometric assessments. Your responsibilities will include researching internal policies, understanding industry standards, and creating compliance documents. This position requires strong analytical abilities, logical thinking, and the capacity to process complex verbal information.
Responsibilities
Model Risk Compliance:
Study internal policy documents and external industry standards related to Model Risk.
Create compliance documents that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Process complex verbal information and apply logical thinking to ensure accurate and comprehensive compliance materials.
Psychometric Assessment Research:
Dive into data on psychometric assessments.
Formulate research questions and hypotheses.
Conduct statistical analyses using tools like R.
Interpret findings and create detailed reports.
Qualifications
Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Finance).
Demonstrated experience in both Model Risk compliance and psychometric assessment research.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in statistical analysis (specifically using R).
Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to process complex information efficiently.
Preferred Experience
Previous work in a similar capacity, even if not identical.
Familiarity with statistical software packages (SPSS, SAS, etc.).
