Assignment: Part-time, 16 hours per week (preferably 4 hours/day, Monday-Thursday)

At Natek, we are seeking a skilled SAP S4 Service Consultant to support a large-scale roll-out project for our client in the printing services industry. This role involves working closely with the client’s team to ensure a smooth transition from SAP ECC to SAP S4 Hana, focusing on delivering efficient and effective solutions that meet business needs.

Your Responsibilities


  • Process Review and Analysis: Evaluate and analyze existing processes on SAP ECC, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring these processes are effectively converted and configured for SAP S4 Hana.
  • Implementation and Customization: Implement fit-to-standard solutions, as well as customize SAP modules to align with specific business requirements. Ensure that the solutions are not only technically sound but also meet the operational needs of the client.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the roll-out process.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation of the implemented solutions and processes. Additionally, provide training and support to the client’s internal teams to ensure they are fully equipped to utilize the new system.


Our Requirements


  • Experience and Expertise: A minimum of 4 years of experience providing consultancy and technical expertise in the SAP Customer Service (CS) module.
  • Transformation Projects: Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to transformation projects from SAP ECC to SAP S4 Hana, demonstrating a deep understanding of the complexities involved.
  • Roll-Out Experience: Prior involvement in large-scale roll-out projects, particularly with highly customized systems, is essential.
  • S4 Hana Service Experience: Recent experience working on SAP S4 Hana Service projects would be a strong advantage, highlighting your ability to navigate the latest technologies and methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during the transition process.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
