Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in a paralegal role, with a focus on property and mortgage document preparation. Strong understanding of property law, mortgage regulations, and real estate transactions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in legal research and document management software. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Core responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and process legal documents related to property transactions, including deeds, leases, purchase agreements, and mortgage documents. Ensure all documents comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Conduct legal research on property laws, mortgage regulations, and related legal issues. Stay updated on changes in property and mortgage laws and regulations. Assist in examining property titles to identify any issues or discrepancies. Prepare title reports and summaries for review by solicitors
