So what is the role?
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team and become a founding part in our Customer Excellence team for our coffee-tech division in strong cooperation with our Head of Customer Love Excellence. As a Customer Excellence student, you will play a vital role in preparing for the launch of our nunc. eco system and ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our future customers. Let us give you a clear picture, your playfield will include:

  1. Customer Care: Develop strategies to delight our prospects and customers; envision, design and implement processes and tools based on conversational AI.
  2. Consultative Sales: Develop and implement sales concepts in the virtual and physical space.
  3. Voice of the Customer: Conduct analysis based on customer data, derive actionable insights and run projects to improve customer experience and operational excellence.

This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:
  • You now know our nunc. very well 
  • You have developed at least 2 major improvements in the area of Customer Love 
  • You have a steep learning curve - both personally and professionally
What you need for this role:
  • Background: You can have any studies background: Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences, Computer Science. You have at least one year left to finish your studies 
  • Customer-centric mindset: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. 
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced customer support environment. 
  • Language skills: Our main market is German-speaking, which is why this role requires you to speak and write fluent German.
