Qualifications:
High School Required, Associate's Degree or higher Preferred, Direct leadership/management experience required OR at least 2 years in preceding job level Required, Insurance sales experience with track record of sales success Required, Life License within 1 Year Required, Valid Insurance designation(s) within 1 Year Required.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead team of insurance sales agents and drive sales initiatives. Implement sales strategies and provide guidance.
- Monitor sales data, identify trends, provide feedback and coaching to improve techniques and product knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to policies and standards, coordinate team schedule, address coverage gaps.
- Interview/select qualified candidates, onboard new hires, provide ongoing coaching, administer performance reviews.
- Resolve customer escalations, foster client relationships, stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
