Supporting Access management issues in customer environment.
Resolving issues coming via ticketing tools, calls and emails.
Participate and collaborate in meetings with the Client, Team and Application Teams.
Resolving issues coming via ticketing tools, calls and emails.
Being available 24*7 to handle any P1, P2 incidents.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills.
Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements.

Active Directory
Exchange
O365
Okta (Optional)
Knowledge of IdAM / Server (preferably Sailpoint) and Application access
Windows & Linux Servers Knowledge (Optional)
Knowledge of Ticketing Tools like ServiceNow is an added advantage.
