The People Experience Partner, AMER is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and enhancing the employee experience across the company's operations in the (AMER) region. This role will drive initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment, ensuring that employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being across the AMER region. This may include conducting surveys, organizing events, and fostering a culture of recognition and appreciation. 
  • Project Management: Take ownership of and successfully execute projects related to people, encompassing areas such as career development, employee engagement initiatives, and various other people-centric priorities. 
  • Talent Management: Partner with regional leaders to identify and develop talent, implement performance management processes, and facilitate career development opportunities. 
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for AMER employees, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. 
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives, ensuring that Copado fosters a welcoming and inclusive workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and investigations. 
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with local laws and regulations in the AMER region, while aligning with the company's global HR strategy. 
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to HR programs and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Data and Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to gain insights into employee trends and identify areas for improvement in the employee experience.
  • Legal and Payroll Support: Advise and connect business with appropriate partners and drive processes to ensure compliance and to optimize employee experience.
  • Drive AMER Talent Acquisition: In partnership with Recruitment Operations, lead efforts to source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for roles within the AMER region. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 
  • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the AMER region.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement and talent management programs. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Experience working in a global or multinational organization. 
  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language is preferred. 
  • This position requires occasional travel within the AMER region and rare travel internationally. 
  • The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for employee experience and a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into effective HR initiatives.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. The exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, generous PTO, and a parental leave program.
