About Stork Club

Stork Club is a next-generation family-building and reproductive health benefits provider on a mission to revolutionize health insurance from the inside out. We empower businesses to attract top, diverse talent, achieve superior clinical outcomes, and significantly reduce healthcare costs—particularly in family-building, a $130B annual expense.

Spanning fertility, maternity, and hormone support, our end-to-end support prioritizes proactive and personalized support to members worldwide. Stork Club not only drives better health outcomes but also provides unmatched care, convenience, and cost savings for employers and their employees.

Our impact is felt deeply by our members, with one sharing, “I'm so happy that my company switched to Stork Club before I quit trying. The level of care I received after the switch was leaps and bounds better than anything I’d experienced before, and I completely attribute our success to Stork Club and our clinic.”

We’re more than just a benefits provider—we are a catalyst for change in healthcare. Trusted by industry-leading employers, we’re backed by a $30M Series A led by General Catalyst. We’re in rapid-scale mode and are looking to grow our team to help us reach the next level.

  • Collaborate with other members of the Revenue Operations teams to achieve company OKRs
  • Work with the Engineering team to identify and implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to resolving complex issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, adept at providing top-notch customer service
  • A quick learner, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and industry-specific processes
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
