Job Description: The Technical Project Manager will lead complex technical projects, focusing on CRM implementations and integration platform deployments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while managing technical requirements, system integrations, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Project Leadership:
Lead end-to-end projects encompassing CRM implementations and integration platform deployments.
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and technical roadmaps.
Implement effective project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) suitable for complex, multi-system projects.
Ensure projects meet CRM and integration platform requirements, balancing scope, timeline, and budget.
- Technical Requirements Management:
Assist in developing detailed technical specifications and system requirements for CRM and integration platforms.
Facilitate the creation and review of technical documentation (e.g., Object Mapping, ERD, Business & Customer Journey mappings, integration architecture diagrams).
Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions.
Coordinate with specialists to resolve complex technical challenges in multi-system environments.
- Risk and Quality Management:
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.
Establish rigorous testing protocols and manage project tasks to completion, ensuring alignment between CRM and integration platform aspects.
- Stakeholder Management:
Manage communications with technical stakeholders and client IT teams.
Facilitate technical review meetings and translate complex system requirements and integration concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Jira Tool Configuration:
Customize Jira settings to optimize workflow, issue tracking, and project reporting capabilities.
- Enforce Testing Standards:
Establish and uphold rigorous testing protocols to ensure robust solutions that meet quality standards.
- Post Go-Live Support and Triage:
Develop a framework for post-go-live support, including change control and issue triage, to minimize operational disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications:
PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Also helpful, an active Salesforce Administrator certification and/or HubSpot Sales/Marketing Inbound certification.
- Experience:
5+ years in technical project management, particularly with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, data migration, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Project Management Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, Smartsheet) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Client Management:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
- Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $100,000-140,000 with a combination of base & bonus
