Introduction

Role Summary
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and manage all aspects of project execution. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in achieving our organisational goals and enhancing our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
Essential
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably within the Insurance and Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

- Experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Experience in managing remote and distributed teams.
