Job Purpose Summary

We are seeking a DIRECTOR, PRICING AND CHANNEL PARTNERS, WOUND CLOSURE with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team.

The DIRECTOR, PRICING AND CHANNEL PARTNERS, WOUND CLOSURE will play a critical role in driving year-over-year revenue growth by acting as the primary sales contact between the company and our OEM, Distribution, Private Label, and select commercial partners, as well being responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive pricing strategies and managing distributor relationships to drive year over year growth and profitability for the Wound Closure business. This role will require a deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing structures, and channel partner management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

What You Will Do

Distributor Strategy:

  • Develop, manage, and grow strategic relationships with current and prospective OEM, Distribution, and Private Label customers.
  • Conduct strategic sales planning and create business plans to identify prospects, opportunities, and gaps by customer and channel type.
  • Gather account-level intelligence from various resources and prioritize sales opportunities to ensure efficient pipeline growth.
  • Drive revenue enhancement and provide training to channel partners to grow market share of Corza Wound Closure products and services.
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts, and measure/report on their performance.
  • Monitor competitive activity and industry trends, sharing insights with the company.

Agreement Management:

  • Develop and negotiate distributor agreements to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and manage distributor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

Pricing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Design and manage growth incentive programs for distributors to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain list pricing for products, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market conditions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine optimal market pricing.
  • Adjust pricing strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Establish and maintain margin floors to ensure profitability across product lines.
  • Manage Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) pricing agreements and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  • Develop and maintain pricing tools and intelligence to support the sales team.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on pricing strategies and tools.
  • Conduct pricing, volume, and mix analysis to identify opportunities for margin improvement.
  • Provide recommendations based on analysis to drive pricing and profitability strategies.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, channel partner management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, PowerPoint as well as networks and internet applications including pricing analysis tools.
  • Up to 25% travel domestically.
