Salary Range: ₹20,00,000 to ₹50,00,000 per annum (depending on experience and location)

Work Experience: 5+ years in engineering roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, or related field). A Master's degree or MBA is a plus
Professional certifications relevant to the field (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous
