Four-Year degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
5-7 years of marketing experience, strong preference for previous cosmetics, hair care & Skin care marketing experience
Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into marketing strategy and writing successful creative briefs
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with varying levels of detail
Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners internal and external to the enterprise, including effective guidance of cross-functional teams to advocate for Guest-focused solutions
Role Expectation:
Support Beauty SPLN work during TRN busy season
Attending key meetings to understand strategy ahead of July kick-off
Gather brand assets
Route creative content for approvals
Suppot creative requets
Create/Support brand creative reviews
